Portfolio Manager of the TETON Westwood SmallCap Equity Fund and the TETON Westwood Mid-Cap Equity Fund, Nicholas F. Galluccio, joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2008, after a 25-year career at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he was Group Managing Director, U.S. Equities, and led the investment team for the TCW SmallCap Value Added and TCW MidCap Value Opportunities equity strategies. He was senior portfolio manager and co-managed both strategies since their inception. Mr. Galluccio served on the TCW Asset Management Company (TAMCO) Board of Directors. Prior to TCW, he was with Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb where he was a security analyst specializing in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Galluccio was a staff writer for Forbes magazine. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Hartford. He serves on the University of Hartford Board of Regents and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Columbia Business School Program for Financial Studies.

Scott R. Butler concentrates on the technology and industrial sectors and brings sixteen years of investment experience, having joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2010. Prior to that, he worked at Trust Company of the West (TCW) on the small and mid-cap portfolio management teams as a special situations generalist with a focus on software, industrial and medical technology sectors. Mr. Butler began as an analyst at Intrepid Capital Management in 2001, covering the video game and software industries. Mr. Butler holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a B.S. from Columbia University.

Mr. Browne joined Keeley Teton Advisors, LLC (“Keeley Teton”) with over 32 years of investment experience on March 1, 2017. Prior to joining Keeley Teton, Mr. Browne served as a Portfolio Manager (2009-2017) with Keeley Asset Management Corp. (“KAMCO”). While employed by KAMCO, Mr. Browne managed client portfolios for KAMCO’s historical clients in a manner consistent with the strategies he currently manages for Keeley Teton. Before joining KAMCO, Mr. Browne was a Portfolio Manager in charge of Oppenheimer Capital’s small-cap core and small-cap value strategies. Before that, Mr. Browne managed a mid-cap portfolio for SEB Asset Management and was an analyst at small-cap investment firm Palisade Capital Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Browne was a sell-side technology services analyst for Prudential Securities and was twice recognized in the Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street survey. Mr. Browne earned his M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business and his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, Mr. Browne holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.

Mr. Chin joined Keeley Teton Advisors, LLC (“Keeley Teton”) with over 31 years of investment experience on March 1, 2017. Prior to joining Keeley Teton, Mr. Chin served as the Chief Investment Officer (2015-2017) and a Portfolio Manager (2013-2017) with Keeley Asset Management Corp. (“KAMCO”). While employed by KAMCO, Mr. Chin managed client portfolios for KAMCO’s historical clients in a manner consistent with the strategies he currently manages for Keeley Teton. Before joining KAMCO, Mr. Chin was a Senior Vice President, Senior Analyst/Portfolio Manager at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC (CRM). In this role, Mr. Chin co-managed the firm’s all-cap strategy, small-cap value strategy and large cap value strategy and was the sector team lead for the Technology/Telecommunications Group, as well as a senior member of the Business Services and Consumer Discretionary sector teams. In addition, Mr. Chin was a member of CRM’s Risk Management Committee. Mr. Chin began his career as an investment banking analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley (1986-1988) and was an associate in the risk arbitrage trading department at Credit Suisse First Boston (1988-1989). Prior to that date, Mr. Kurinsky served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel (2006-2017) of Keeley Asset Management Corp. (“KAMCO”). Before joining KAMCO, Mr. Kurinsky spent six years in various capacities at Driehaus Capital Management, Inc., another Chicago-based investment adviser. Mr. Kurinsky holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, a J.D. from Loyola University, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Mr. Kurinsky is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Illinois Bar.

Prior to that date, Ms. Marotz served as the Chief Compliance Officer (2015-2017) of Keeley Asset Management Corp. (“KAMCO”) and the Keeley Funds, Inc. Before joining KAMCO, Ms. Marotz was the Chief Compliance Officer for Invesco PowerShares Capital Management, LLC, serving in that role for seven years. Prior to Invesco PowerShares, Ms. Marotz was the Chief Compliance Officer for Skyline Asset Management and the Skyline Funds. Ms. Marotz has a B.S. from Eastern Illinois.
